Ride or Die Red Lipsticks
Everyone knows that a perfect red pout can complete the eternally classic Pinup make up look. However when it comes to that perfect red, what is it we all search for? Is it longevity when it comes to how long before we have to reapply? Or perhaps affordability or feel and texture are the boxes that we find ourselves trying to tick off when searching for our ride or die red lipstick?
After researching reviews and personally trying, composed below is a list of a few of the most highly sort after Red lipsticks.
First of we start our list with a high end brand; Pat McGrath Labs in the Lux Trance range. From this range the red of choice was McGrath Muse (original) this is a warm red in colour and is very beautiful. The features of this lipstick state it to be rich in hydration, lasting wear and excellent adhesion with zero bleeding. You will also love the signature packaging that comes with all Pat McGrath labs lipsticks.
Second on our list we have a department store brand; Maybelline in the color sensational satin lipstick range with the hue of red being 645 Red Revival. This is a blue based red and has a very creamy hydrating feel to it, other features of this lipstick are its bold and vibrant pigment and long lasting formula. 
Third we have this little beauty; Bareminerals in the Statement luxe-shine lipstick range in the colour Srsly Red. This is a true bright red and is formulated with a mineral pigment. The results are a lightweight yet full coverage lipstick free.
Next we have an absolute steal. Another department store brand Rimmel in the lasting finish lipstick range, shade Alarm. This little number is the cheapest on the list but don’t let the small price point alarm you about quality, it boasts an up-to 8 hour wear time and is richly pigmented.
Second to last we have another high end brand CHANTECAILLE in the lip chic range colour of choice; Zinnia. Some of the features of this divine lipstick has to offer are the soft easy glide on texture, its Paraben free formula and intense pigment. This darling red boasts over 300 reviews on one website alone the majority of which highly recommend.
Last but certainly not least we have a beautiful, Becca brand lipstick in the range Ultimate Lipstick, shade Garnet. This is a cool rich red with a moisturizing long wear lip colour. It is Hyaluroric acid infused and claims to be an 8 hour, no need to reapply wear. The feel of this lipstick is quite luxurious.
So, there you have it. From high end to department store and in-between There really is a perfect red out there for everyone regardless of what you are searching for in your go to ready to wear lipstick.
